| Sausage and Kraut

Ingredients:
1 ring polish sausage
1 can sauerkraut
6 potatoes
Toss ring of sausage into baking dish. Clean potatoes and cut in half. Place potatoes carefully around the ring of sausage. Dump can of kraut, juice and all over the top of potatoes and sausage.
Cover with foil or lid. Cook in oven for about an hour at 375 degrees.
Suggested Beer: Killians Red - I know it's not German, but it tastes right.
Serving Ideas : Good with cottage cheese.
