This book is filled with personal examples, situations, solutions to a myriad of problems and intimate successes. This book is Christian based. It is fun and vital for the essential homeschool library. Catholic Education: Homeward Bound: A Useful Guide to Catholic Home Schooling (pb,400pp), by Kimberly Hahn and Mary Hasson is an excellent justification for Catholic Home Schooling as a viable alternative to public education. It explicitly reveals the advantages and disadvantages of teaching at home. This book is a must for those wanting to infuse Christian Education into their child's daily curriculum. The Future of Home Schooling: A New Direction for Christian Home Education (pb,225pp) by Michael Farris. Mr. Farris, a homeschooling expert, shows how to decide if homeschooling is right for you and your child. This work has excellent appendices listing homeschooling resources. The Right Choice: The Incredible Failure of Public Education and the Rising Hope of Home Schooling (pb,462pp), by Christopher J. Klicka explores the decline on the public education system and the rise of homeschooling as a viable alternative. It answers many questions about homeschooling. ![]() |
