A Rebellious Mind

Imagine you awaken one day to find that the government has removed your most personal possession, your private memories. This is where Charles Johnson finds himself, trying to cope with understanding his place in this unknown society while battling the nightmares of people and places he cannot recall. When the anti-government Liberty Tree organization offers him a link to his past, he accepts knowing that his assistance to the group could cost his life.
The United States has dissolved into an oligarchy where government officials control every facet of individual’s lives and will use any means necessary to maintain their control over the populace.
However, the government is itself approaching a crisis. Two factions are struggling to control the governing Supreme Council and only one will survive. The rift in the Council is the opportunity the Liberty Tree has been working towards for years. But, will it be ready to split the government and unleash a popular revolt or will one faction of the Council become all powerful by crushing the others? This may be America’s last chance to regain its freedom and Charles Johnson holds the key.
